Elsevier is seeking a Product Manager for SSRN, its preprint server, to own features end-to-end and work with engineers, UX, analytics, and content teams to deliver user value. You will engage researchers to translate needs into requirements and shape roadmaps with the Senior Product Manager.

You will work in a hybrid setup with the London Wall office, spending at least two days on-site, while enjoying flexible hours and opportunities across publishing technology and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Structured discovery to gather and prioritise customer requirements.
• Ability to write clear requirements across formats and deliver.
• Experience using data analytics tools to inform decisions and test hypotheses.
• Experience supporting go-to-market activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application to product delivery.
• Track record delivering features across multiple workstreams.
• Minimum 2 days a week in the London Wall office.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and delivery for your feature area within SSRN's Preprint service.
• Engage with researchers to gather, prioritise, validate needs.
• Formulate problem statements and test hypotheses using data and experiments.
• Write clear product requirements and manage backlog prioritisation.
• Use data to identify production issues and defects through to resolution.
• Lead stakeholder demonstrations at milestones and assist launch readiness.
• Contribute to the feature-area roadmap aligned with senior PM goals.
