  • Formulate problem statements and test hypotheses through data and experimentation, including A/B testing
  • Write clear product requirements, whether as user stories, PRDs, or specifications, and manage backlog prioritisation for your feature area
  • Use data to identify and prioritise production issues and defects through to resolution
  • Lead stakeholder demonstrations at programme milestones and support launch readiness, including GTM briefing materials
  • Contribute to the feature‑area roadmap, aligned with outcomes agreed with the Senior Product Manager
Requirements
  • Direct experience gathering and prioritising customer requirements through structured discovery
  • Ability to write clear requirements across formats and manage them through delivery
  • Experience using data and analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Pendo, or equivalent) to inform decisions and test hypotheses
  • Experience supporting go‑to‑market activity and communicating with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI tools and services and their application to process improvement and product delivery
