As a Product Manager at Nutmeg, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product lifecycle. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. You guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that exceed customer expectations. This role is within the Client Manager domain, which is responsible for Nutmeg's KYC management in line with the firm's FinCrime standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and incorporate them into the product roadmap.
• Own and maintain a product backlog supporting the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build frameworks and track key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead all stages of the product lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience in account funding for retail accounts.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
• Familiarity with UK KYC requirements, including ID & V, PEPs, sanctions screening, and risk scoring.
• Understanding of the digital wealth management landscape in the UK and its unique challenges compared to banking.
