Rate - £500 per day (outside IR35)

Hybrid - Manchester or Leeds (1 day per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, strategy, and roadmap execution for enterprise-grade digital platforms
  
  
• Manage end-to-end product delivery including requirements gathering, backlog prioritisation, and sprint planning
  
  
• Collaborate with UX, development, and cross-functional business teams to create solutions that meet user needs
  
  
• Own customer journey mapping, service design, and experience optimisation
  
  
• Define and track key success metrics, using data to guide continuous improvement
  
  
• Support and mentor Product Owners and agile teams to ensure high performance and delivery excellence
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or digital delivery roles
  
  
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in agile environments
  
  
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  
  
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital product environments (B2B and/or B2C)
  
  
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and customer-centric design
  
  
• Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
