What you'll do

Your key accountabilities include:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership, drawing on an understanding of the business and data to help leaders identify and prioritise their business problems which can be supported with data products.
  • Facilitate and manage the coordination and delivery of data and AI solutions to solve commercial challenges, providing measurable, high-value improvements to key performance indicators.
  • Work with Data Scientists, Analysts, Data Engineers, and UX/UI Designers to develop successful data-driven products and services.
  • Play a critical role in bridging the technical expertise of data scientists and engineers with the operational and commercial awareness and expertise of the business teams, helping to ensure that the solutions generated through sophisticated data science translate into products which support colleagues and deliver impact at scale.
  • Ensuring an end-to-end understanding of the problem and through a strong consideration for change management, drive adoption of solutions.

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include:

  • An experienced product manager with a strong record of strategic and innovative thinking resulting in data product delivery delivering beneficial business change.
  • Experienced at leading discovery and ideation in uncharted data problem spaces. Proven success at launching new data concepts, experiments, and products.
  • Demonstrable experience of engaging, influencing, and communicating to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge and interest in the evolution of data and AI in enabling business growth.
  • Experienced in collaborating with technical teams, showing strong experience in defining, designing, developing, and delivering complex data and AI solutions.
