• 4–7 years in product management within fintech/payments/financial infra.
• Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for complex domains.
• Strong discovery skills with customers/partners and problem prioritization.
• Data-driven with metrics, experiments, and outcomes.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineering on APIs and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for the squad’s platform slice, from onboarding to settlement.
• Partner with engineering on timelines and sprint plans.
• Discover and validate through customer/partner conversations and data analysis.
• Lead cross-functional execution and track outcomes against metrics.
