Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is a global group that manufactures switchgear and associated products for installation in mission-critical and live commercial buildings, ranging from data centres to the international headquarters of some of the world’s largest companies.

To support our teams, we’re looking to add a Product Manager EMEA - Switchgear for our Switchgear, PDU, and RPP product range, located remotely in the UK. Reporting to the Global Product Line Director - Switchgear, the Product Manager – EMEA, Switchgear, PDU's, RPP's will be responsible for P&L analysis, customer engagement, market strategy, pricing, operational excellence, and R&D input, with a focus on compliance with IEC, EN, and other standards. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to position Anord Mardix as a leader in switchgear, PDU, and RPP solutions.

What a typical day looks like:
  1. Develop and recommend product line strategies tailored to EMEA market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

  2. Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.

  3. Monitor and analyze P&L performance for the Product Line in EMEA, providing insights and recommendations to maximize profitability and growth.

  4. Prepare business cases and financial models to support investment decisions in product development and engineering.

  5. Conduct research to understand EMEA market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitors.

  6. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on market needs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.

  • Ideally 5 years’ experience in product management or related fields, preferably in switchgear, PDU, or RPP solutions.

  • Experience in P&L analysis, strategic planning, and business case development within EMEA.

  • Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, regulations, and standards (IEC, EN, etc.).

  • Experience supporting sustainability initiatives and ESG.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with data centre, electric utility, and renewable energy markets.

  • Willingness to travel within EMEA, up to 50%.
