Product Manager - Electrophysiology (EP) UK & Ireland

Location: Hemel Hempstead, HRT, GB

Role Overview:

As part of our Marketing team, you will impact the products and solutions we bring to market by communicating their value to healthcare professionals and patients. We seek individuals with strategic thinking, a collaborative approach, and a customer-focused mindset.

Purpose:

Support product franchise(s) in achieving division goals, driving business growth through market analysis and tactical marketing plans in coordination with sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development: Develop and execute post-market strategies, identify trends, create training programs, and support marketing initiatives.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
  3. Planning and Analysis: Develop launch strategies, analyze market potential, and track financial performance to meet revenue goals.
  4. Product/Market Management: Coordinate product training, develop sales tools, and plan promotional activities and conference strategies.
  5. Quality: Ensure compliance with quality standards and facilitate communication regarding customer feedback and complaints.
