The Opportunity
We are seeking a Product Manager to join Sphera as the central figure in product leadership. This role involves acting as the voice of the customer and the market, ensuring the delivery of value through the product lifecycle, and collaborating with teams to develop solutions that meet customer and market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather market intelligence and represent the voice of the user within the organization.
- Lead data-driven decision-making on product priorities considering customer value and feasibility.
- Create and communicate a clear product roadmap to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight users and grow the business.
- Support sales and customer success teams by understanding their needs and helping them communicate product value.
- Assist customers in achieving their EHS&S and sustainability goals through product innovation.
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communicator, writer, and presenter.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach.
- Empathetic, humble, curious, with solid business acumen.
- Minimum 3 years in product management or similar roles, including managing the full product lifecycle in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field (preferred).
- Pragmatic Institute Certificate (PMC) II or higher (bonus).
- Experience in EHS&S, data science, machine learning, or generative AI (preferred).
- Experience working remotely with conferencing tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for client and team meetings.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $112,000 - $168,000 + Variable Compensation Plan
