Product Growth Manager (London / Hybrid)

Our client is searching for a Product Growth Manager to drive the evolution and adoption of a fast-growing digital platform. This hybrid position combines product ownership, marketing strategy, and user growth, offering a unique opportunity to influence product development while shaping how the platform connects with its users.

  • Comfortable using digital tools for analytics, user feedback, and campaign performance
  • Familiar with agile ways of working and collaborating with development teams
  • Confident creating and implementing growth campaigns, using insight to inform decisions
  • Experience in customer lifecycle strategies, acquisition funnels, or CRM platforms
  • Able to communicate ideas clearly and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Experience dealing with edtech products, student focused products or similar

Additional experience in scaling digital products or working in a startup or SaaS environment would be valuable, though not essential.

Role Details and Benefits

  • Location: London (hybrid working model, three days in the office)
  • Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Contract: Permanent
