Product Manager (Digital Networks) - 9 months- Preston or Frimley based - £70.16ph Umbrella (inside IR35)

Our client, a key player in the defence and security sector, is seeking a Head of Digital Networks Product Group to lead and manage its digital networks initiatives. This contract position is based in either Preston or Frimley with hybrid working arrangements. The role is crucial for building and operating the capability within the business and engaging with new suppliers to source network and workplace providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and operating the digital networks capability
• Going to market to source network and workplace providers
• Setting up and operationalising the new roles
• Collaborating with new suppliers to establish effective working relationships
• Managing service strategy and tactical changes
• Leading a team, including three direct reports

Job Requirements:

• Experience in product management within the IT, defence, or security industry
• Proven background in roles such as Product Owner, Head of Networks, Product Manager, or Network Operations Manager
• Strong strategic and tactical change management skills
• Understanding of IT service management principles
• Proficiency in collaborating with and managing suppliers
• Excellent team leadership and project management capabilities
• Location: Preston or Frimley (Hybrid working arrangement initially on-site, then more remote)
• Contract Duration: 9 months
• Start Date: ASAP
• Security Level: BPSS + SC in flight, UK Eyes Only
• Contract Type: Inside IR35
