As a Product Manager - Documents Services - Vice President within the Digital Documentation Services Product Team, your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our innovative toolset. Engage with both business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and unlock new possibilities. Your expertise will be crucial in capturing stakeholder use cases, recommending cutting-edge implementation strategies, and developing requirements that enhance the value of our toolset across business workflows.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy that aligns with the firm's long-term goals. Drive the creation and execution of product roadmaps that prioritize high-impact initiatives, build reusable features, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Ensure that products meet market demands and regulatory requirements while maintaining a focus on scalability, usability, and innovation. Responsible for capturing the requirements and design in JIRA, facilitate understanding and review within the team and oversee implementation.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, technology partners, and clients. Facilitate open communication to gather insights, align priorities, and manage expectations throughout the product development process.
  • Champion digital transformation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data analytics, and automation tools. Identify opportunities to enhance product offerings and improve operational efficiency. Produce business design solutions agreed with business, product, and technology partners.
  • Build and mentor high-performing product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Empower team members to take ownership of their work and drive continuous improvement, while working in a matrix organization.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis (internal and external) to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for product differentiation. Use insights to inform product strategy and guide decision-making.

Required qualifications, capabilities, skills

  • Experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product strategies and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and iterative development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and to influence decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in financial services or a highly regulated environment, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Expertise in KYC, AML, data governance, and document management lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Alteryx, and Visio, LUCID, as well as familiarity with data taxonomies, JSON, and XML formats.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree in business, technology, or a related field preferred.
