Job summary

CUJO AI® is seeking a Product Manager, DeviceIntelligence, to own the roadmap and delivery for the Device Intelligence product line, serving NSPs worldwide. You will translate market needs into a clear product vision and priorities for engineering teams.

You will champion the integration of AI and LLM-based capabilities to raise quality, coverage, and automation across device intelligence systems. The role is remote-friendly with UK preference.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management for a technical B2B software product.
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and LLM-assisted features.
• Ability to define product requirements for networking/IoT-related capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Device Intelligence product roadmap and quarterly planning.
• Define and maintain PRDs, feature specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead multiple engineering teams (Cloud, Firmware, Research, QA) and unblock delivery.
• Define and validate AI/LLM-enabled workflows and data labelling tooling.
• Engage with Tier-1 NSP accounts and align roadmaps with communications.
