We are currently seeking a Product Manager – Dermatology/Ophthalmology to join our UK team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our ophthalmology business and lead the launch of our alopecia product in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch & Strategy
- Develop and execute the country launch strategy for Sun Pharma’s Dermatology and Ophthalmology products in the UK market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless product launch, including marketing, sales, medical, team coordinators, market access, and regulatory departments.
Ophthalmology & Dermatology Business Support
- Support and drive the growth of Sun Pharma’s ophthalmology portfolio by developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to position products effectively within the dermatology and ophthalmology segments.
Marketing & Brand Management
- Localise and implement marketing campaigns, including digital, journal, print, and event-based strategies.
- Coordinate regional educational and product meetings, supporting field teams in executing these events.
- Localise promotional materials on time, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, generating insights to improve market positioning.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other key external stakeholders.
- Align with internal teams on business objectives and priorities.
Competitive Analysis
- Utilise data to inform strategic decisions and identify innovation opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical product management, especially in dermatology, ophthalmology, or related areas.
- Successful track record of launching pharmaceutical products in the UK.
- Organised, plan-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and derive insights.
