Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic, organized self-starter to join us as a Senior Manager. You will develop products and implement programs from the ground up, adopting a customer-first approach. This role focuses on creating solutions that unlock value for customers by collaborating with Japan Consumer Innovation and Supply Chain technology teams. Responsibilities include improving delivery experience, reducing costs, demand consolidation, shipment experience, and inventory placement to bring inventory closer to customers. This senior role involves managing multiple complex programs and projects simultaneously, often in ambiguous environments requiring prioritization and effective delivery.

• Work backward from customer needs and translate them into business requirements.
• Prioritize needs, manage milestones, and develop the overall roadmap. Build consensus internally and with external partners.
• Define and deliver programs with broad cross-functional and organizational impact.
• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex cross-functional projects.
• Apply data-driven business and strategic judgment to decision-making.
• Innovate, improve, and simplify processes and technological requirements as appropriate.
• Address complex business problems, aligning stakeholder teams around a common plan.
• Take accountability for business performance and engage with senior leadership to identify and deliver solutions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in product, program, or project management, delivering major new products or services.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases, and communicating results organization-wide.
