The Product Manager will play a central role in delivering the organisation’s digital HR transformation programme. They will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for specific HR modules, ensuring that configuration and functionality meet user needs and business priorities. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, the Product Manager will balance strategic outcomes with practical delivery to maximise value from the programme.
