Responsibilities
You will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that leverage data, AI agents, and LLMs to create adaptive, intelligent features. You\'ll work closely with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to ensure innovations are technically feasible and commercially impactful.
- Define and lead the strategy for data-centric and AI-enabled enhancements.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, gather insights, and validate product concepts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation using AI and by adapting the data strategy.
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and proof of concept to launch and continuous improvement.
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and AI specialists to integrate LLMs, MCP, and autonomous agents into products.
- Collaborate with marketing and GTM teams to develop positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Define and track success metrics and ROI for AI-driven features and innovations.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and outcomes effectively to internal teams, leadership, and clients.
Product Ownership & Strategic Outcomes
You will be responsible for defining and delivering high-impact capabilities across the following areas:
- AI-Driven Workflow Automation: Own the design and delivery of features that use LLMs and autonomous agents to streamline client operations and reduce manual effort.
- Data Intelligence Layer: Enhance data ingress and egress, enrichment, and contextualization using AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Client-Facing Interfaces: Develop intelligent UI/UX components powered by conversational agents and adaptive logic to improve usability and engagement.
- Insight & Analytics Modules: Deliver predictive insights, anomaly detection, and performance metrics that help clients act with confidence.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) Integration: Lead the orchestration of AI workflows across product modules to ensure scalable, context-aware intelligence.
Expected Deliverables & Impact
- Launch of AI-enabled features with measurable improvements in client efficiency, accuracy, and satisfaction.
- Increased product adoption and engagement through intelligent automation and personalization.

Key Skills
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and governance principles.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and its role in orchestrating AI workflows.
- Ability to articulate the impact of innovation on business performance (e.g., KPIs, ROI).
- Familiarity with financial services or other regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Desirable Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms and data technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data lakes).
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and orchestration tools for LLMs and agents.
- Background in data processing and/or reconciliation products and working knowledge of financial services domains a significant advantage.

- Experience as a Product Manager with a focus on data-driven products.
- Practical experience integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, and agent-based systems into products, with demonstrable business value realised.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including gathering insights and presenting solutions.
