Job summary

Wolverine World Wide, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - DAM & Product Data Integrations to sustain and advance the digital product ecosystem across the brand portfolio during a 12-month maternity cover.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for enterprise digital platforms.
• DAM and PIM capabilities with metadata, taxonomy, asset workflows and data governance.
• Experience with platforms such as Bynder and Akeneo is advantageous.
• Understanding PLM-to-PIM integrations and data architecture, including APIs and data pipelines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, backlog and product governance for DAM and PLM-to-PIM integration.
• Provide continuity of product leadership during the 12-month maternity cover.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead DAM governance across metadata, taxonomy, asset lifecycle and workflows.
• Oversee end-to-end flow of product data from PLM through integration layers into PIM.
• Drive data quality by defining ownership and coordinating remediation.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors through planning, release delivery and hypercare.
• Maintain Agile delivery with sprint ceremonies and backlog hygiene.
• Monitor product health and deliver stakeholder communications and training.
• Support adherence to AAP/EEO goals and other duties as assigned.
