Job summary

Leyland SDM is seeking a Product Information Coordinator to manage and enrich product data within the PIMICS system. You will ensure complete and accurate data for e-commerce, catalogs, and other channels, working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Key tasks include data governance, asset management, and publication readiness, enabling improved product visibility and customer experience across multiple sales channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large volumes of product data.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Experience with business systems or databases.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product records within PIMICS.
• Upload and validate product information received from suppliers.
• Populate product descriptions, specs, attributes, dimensions, weights, keywords, and classifications.
• Maintain product hierarchies and categories for publication readiness.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing and Ecommerce teams on data governance.
• Prepare product information for publication across websites, catalogs and channels.
• Coordinate data quality audits and supplier data quality.
• Support with bulk product uploads and ongoing data enrichment.
