Product Manager - Cybersecurity

As a Product Manager in Cybersecurity, you will be responsible for delivering value to internal customers and ensuring security for the business. You will be passionate about empowering our Technology teams to secure our applications, systems, and products.

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will collaborate with other product managers, and our Engineering Effectiveness and Infrastructure partners to define and execute the cybersecurity strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting a balanced experience for our Technology colleagues that enables them to prevent security flaws from the beginning, saving time, money, and effort.
• Making cybersecurity understandable and achievable for non-experts.
• Contributing to the broader cybersecurity strategy by prioritizing work and resolving trade-offs.
• Aligning proactively within the cybersecurity team and with other central teams such as Engineering Effectiveness and Infrastructure.
• Monitoring the performance and adoption of the product, working towards achieving outcomes and key results.

Qualifications

• Understanding of product management processes and methodologies.
• Experience working in a greenfield and emerging environment.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams.
• Demonstrated progress towards objectives and key outcomes.
• Ability to conduct and analyze customer research.
• Curiosity about cybersecurity and software security concepts.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
