The Product Manager, Customer Experience, icotrokinra will be accountable for leading the patient focused strategies and execution for icotrokinra. In this role, you will focus on optimal patient support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, strategic media planning, content development, and tactical execution. The Product Manager will work with a cross functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support icotrokinra patients.

This role reports to the Group Product Director, Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead external creative agencies and media partners to plan, execute and optimize patient support programs across media channels (e.g. video, display, patient, testimonial, OOH, etc.)

  • Partner with team to coordinate market research, patient insights, and evolutionary development of PsO patient brand offering

  • Innovate solutions for initiation through to adherence on medication

  • Work efficiently with key internal partners and cross-functional groups (e.g., Regulatory, Medical, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and compliant review and approval of promotional materials

  • Provide timely and relevant updates to field sales team on patient education resources

  • Contribute to budget, annual business and strategic plans

Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is preferred

  • A minimum of 3 years business experience is required; immunology experience preferred

  • Your ability to be creative, enthusiastic, strong analytically with excellent overall business insight is fundamental

  • You must be a self-starter, highly accountable and have strong project planning and organization skills

  • You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work with a team to be successful

  • Your experience of managing multiple demands and priorities on time, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to the success of this position

  • This position is based in Horsham, PA with an expectation of 3 days onsite per week (J&J Flex)

  • Up to 25% domestic travel, which may include overnight and weekend travel

Preferred:
  • Launch experience preferred

  • Experience in consumer marketing or patient experience marketing preferred

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, sales learning & development, payer or related fields is preferred
