This is more than a product role. It’s a unique opportunity to influence how businesses use insight-led tools to drive meaningful, lasting change.

What You'll Do
  1. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our diagnostics products - from vision and roadmap to delivery and commercial success.
  2. Collaborate with internal experts, stakeholders, and clients to ensure our diagnostics remain relevant, rigorous, and high-impact.
  3. Act as the internal advocate and external ambassador for diagnostics, sharing insights and guiding future development.
  4. Drive Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
    1. Lead product launches in partnership with Marketing, Commercial, and Solutions teams.
    2. Develop clear messaging, positioning, and enablement materials to support sales and delivery.
    3. Train internal teams and build business-wide capability around diagnostics.
  5. Champion Client Insight & Product Evolution
    1. Actively gather feedback from clients and internal users to inform product enhancements.
    2. Run product trials and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and commercial outcomes.
    3. Track performance against revenue targets and product KPIs.
  6. Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration
    1. Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Solutions, and Product Development teams to deliver high-quality, integrated products.
    2. Ensure alignment across teams and remove barriers to delivery.
    3. Represent MindGym externally, contributing thought leadership and market insight.
What You’ll Bring

Essential Experience & Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within L&D, HR tech, diagnostics, or behavioural science.
  2. Strong understanding of diagnostics and tools that drive behaviour change (e.g., 360s, psychometrics, culture surveys).
  3. Commercial mindset with experience in go-to-market planning, revenue forecasting, and sales enablement.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate behavioural science into practical, client-focused narratives.
  5. Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing across teams.
  6. Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Organisational Development, or related field.
  7. Experience in a people, learning, or culture-focused business.
  8. Familiarity with behavioural measurement frameworks or learning platforms.
  9. Exposure to behavioural science research and its application in business settings.
Who You Are
  1. A strategic thinker with a track record of execution.
  2. Customer-centric and insight-led in your approach.
  3. Collaborative and influential across diverse teams.
  4. Commercially savvy with a focus on real-world impact.
  5. Passionate about behaviour change and culture transformation.
Success Measures
  1. Delivery of a multi-year diagnostics product plan.
  2. Commercial impact in line with revenue and growth targets.
  3. High levels of client satisfaction and behaviour change outcomes.

Join MindGym and help organisations unlock their potential through powerful, science-backed insights.
We’re looking forward to meeting someone who can help take our diagnostics to the next level.
