Job summary

MoonPay is seeking a Product Manager for the Crypto Asset Management team to build and scale liquidity and asset infrastructure supporting products across MoonPay. You will own day-to-day execution across on-chain and off-chain workstreams, translating business and technical requirements into prioritized work.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury, and Commercial teams to integrate liquidity sources, manage asset availability, and evolve custody, wallet

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, technical programme delivery, or similar role.
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams with engineering, operations, compliance, finance, treasury, or commercial stakeholders.
• Strong product thinking and analytical skills; ability to use data to support decisions and prioritise work.
• Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure and willingness to deepen understanding of blockchain networks, liquidity, exchanges, custody, wallets.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day product execution across Crypto Asset Management initiatives, translating requirements into clear product requirements and milestones.
• Support integrations with new liquidity sources to expand MoonPay’s liquidity network.
• Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure initiatives across multiple teams to ensure delivery.
• Assist in setting up and evolving on-chain and off-chain infrastructure with engineering and operations.
• Support roadmap development and prioritisation using data, value, and risk considerations.
• Contribute to liquidity and asset-management infrastructure evolution including custody, routing, and best execution.
• Use data to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for value creation.
