Job summary

Mastercard’s Blockchain and Digital Assets group is advancing digital assets within global payments. The Manager, Product Management, Crypto Flows will drive strategic initiatives enabling seamless movement between digital assets (including cryptocurrencies and stablecoins) and traditional fiat; focusing on card issuance, acceptance, and emerging Web3-enabled flows.

Qualifications

Experience in product management within payments, fintech or digital assets.
Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and emerging Web3 use cases.
Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking with impact on commercial results.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for innovation in payments.

Responsibilities

Advance Product Management for new card constructs that drive near real-time settlement and collateral reduction.
Lead GTM and client engagement for new products leveraging Mastercard product suite.
Lead product management for new segments including Prediction Markets, Tokenized Securities and Agentic Commerce.
Support product strategy and own execution for Crypto Cards and on-ramp initiatives.
Collaborate across sales, engineering, risk, and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant product experiences.
Contribute to evolving franchise rules, risk frameworks and regulatory alignment for digital asset transactions.
