Position Overview

The Consumer, Digital Product Manager is a core member of the brand team, responsible for developing and executing the DTC TV launch strategy for Icotrokinra in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO).

This position reports to the Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing, Icotrokinra.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development & execution of consumer digital promotion launch tactics, including all critical assets for TV and media.
  2. Participate and actively provide inputs to cross-functional partners regarding launch strategy & tactical implementation, including but not limited to other marketing teams, sales, medical affairs, learning excellence, global, insights, etc.
  3. Manage associated AOR and agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key tactics and deliverables.
  4. Uphold values guided by Our Credo, prioritizing the needs and well-being of the people we serve.

This is not an exhaustive list of job functions. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of business experience with a successful track record, preferably in marketing or related fields such as sales, medical, or sales learning & development.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable tactics.
  • Ability to lead in a matrix environment and influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated passion and perseverance for long-term goals.
  • Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 30%.

Preferred:

  • Launch experience.
  • DTC experience.
