A leading confectionery company is seeking a Product Manager to support commercial growth through product planning. This hybrid role involves managing product development and collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate must have FMCG experience, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. This position offers competitive salary and benefits, including up to 7% bonus and 36 days off.

Location: HARIBO Castleford (hybrid working; three days in the office and two days working from home). Occasional travel may also be required
Working hours: 38 hours per week
Salary: Competitive (plus up to a 7% bonus)

We are on the hunt for a ‘Product Manager’ to come and join the happy world of HARIBO on a 12-month fixed term contract!
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sweet seat within our HARIBO UK&I Marketing department where you will sit firmly within our Product team.
You will be responsible for supporting the commercial growth of our business through the development and delivery of product plans in line with business strategies and growth opportunities. A core focus of this role is commercial product initiatives and supporting our sales channel plans including the retail side of the business.
You will report directly into our Head of Marketing – MAOAM and Commercial Channels whilst also connecting with other areas of the wider Marketing department, HARIBO UK&I departments as well as working closely with global colleagues to manage plans.
Are you currently operating within the product management marketing space within FMCG and are ready to take on your next challenge? We are looking for someone who has experience in developing strong consumer relevant and commercially sounds products brought to market on time and in full via StageGate. Do you have what it takes?
To enable sweet success, commercial and brand management acumen is key. It is also important that you are a natural strategic thinker when it comes to all elements of brand and product marketing. Are you a passionate data guru with a strong analytical ability? We are looking for someone who loves to get stuck into interpreting category, consumer and market data in order to identify personal opportunities and risks.
Strategic project delivery experience is also critical! Do you have top-tier planning and delivery skills? It is also important that you’re a natural when it comes to working collaboratively as well as leading cross-functional teams, not forgetting effortless manging virtual stakeholder relationships.
