  • Translate customer, regulatory, and operational requirements into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and actionable development priorities.
  • Ensure alignment of product initiatives with Fortescue’s sustainability, energy transition, and zero-emission strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept and prototyping through validation, pilot deployment, commercial launch, and continuous improvement.
Technical and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and customer value propositions.
  • Engage directly with customers to capture use cases, performance targets, and total cost of ownership (TCO) drivers for electrified systems.
  • Develop and maintain business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support product investment and portfolio decisions.
Performance and Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor product performance metrics, including adoption, reliability, and sustainability impact, providing insights to guide iteration.
  • Support operational readiness by coordinating cross-functional launch and lifecycle management activities.
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancement and portfolio growth based on customer feedback and market intelligence.
