The role is a senior-level position accountable for leading and orchestrating accelerated major change programs, particularly focusing on Citi Velocity products today and Citi Direct in the future. This includes critical aspects such as data migration, technical integration, rigorous testing, and seamless client adoption of new or modernized applications. This role is crucial in better managing complex organizational and client-facing changes, ensuring clear segregation and collaboration between product teams and technology delivery disciplines.
The Product Manager will act as a key liaison between technology, partner product, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless technical execution, data integrity, and successful integration of strategic application changes, ultimately enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.
A seasoned data and digital product manager, adept at leading complex technical programs and change initiatives from inception through successful client adoption, leveraging deep expertise in the technical application lifecycle and data constructs.
