We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading online Tour Operator as their business continues to grow.

The role will support the business in advancing our client's product range in line with an ambitious growth strategy, helping to ensure they become one of the most progressive travel groups in the UK.

Previous experience in a similar product role within the travel sector is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of the Caribbean. In return, our client offers a highly competitive salary DOE plus excellent industry benefits. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.

Role of Product Manager:

1. Negotiating market-leading rates, exclusive offers, and availability with suppliers
2. Accountability for trading performance of designated destinations and product lines
3. Creating product strategies for destinations using market research, competitor analysis, and performance reviews
4. Developing and managing strong supplier relationships across various product types and international destinations
5. Collaborating with internal stakeholders on supplier connectivity strategies
6. Ensuring all product lines and suppliers adhere to Health and Safety requirements
7. Sourcing funding for marketing opportunities from suppliers
8. Supporting sales teams with product training and information

Skills required:

1. Experience in a product/purchasing role
