Product Manager | SaaS Scale-up | Birmingham (Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office) | Up to £70K

Are you an experienced Product Manager looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment?

We're hiring for a growing tech business based in Birmingham that's delivering innovative solutions to a broad customer base.

In this role, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and development of a key product area, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements. You'll work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and commercial teams to launch and continuously improve products that drive growth and deliver real value to users.

What You'll Do:
  • Own and deliver a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather insights, prioritise features, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Identify customer pain points and lead the creation of innovative solutions through data-driven discovery and validation.
  • Support go-to-market plans, providing documentation and training for commercial teams.
  • Monitor product performance and user engagement to drive continuous improvement.
