Job description

Product Manager – B2B SaaS Platform

(4 days a week in the London office)

Futureheads have exclusively partnered with a fast-growing SaaS platform, and we are now looking for a Product Manager who’s passionate about building impactful products and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment!

You’ll work side-by-side with Design, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success to solve real-world user problems, boost team collaboration, and keep the momentum going as we deliver new features at pace. Your role will span multiple product areas, giving you the chance to flex your skills and grow your expertise across the platform.

This is a role for someone with solid product fundamentals who’s eager to start owning end-to-end product workstreams. You’ll get support from experienced leads, clear ownership of product areas, and the chance to make a real impact—bringing rigour, clarity, and scope to grow quickly.

Why This Role Rocks

We’re entering a pivotal growth phase—expanding across new product lines, deepening API integrations, and taking on more complex enterprise challenges. This is your chance to help scale our platform the right way: with structure, intention, and a sharp focus on user experience.

As Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this journey. No silos here—you’ll get broad exposure, industry context, and the delivery depth that sets great PMs apart.

What You’ll Do

This is a delivery-first product role—perfect for detail-lovers who enjoy making progress visible and cutting through complexity. You’ll also lead lightweight discovery to make sure we’re building the right things, not just building them right.

Discovery (40%)

  • Turn raw ideas into delivery-ready features: understand the context, align stakeholders, and work with Design to shape clear, testable propositions.
  • Triage ideas with input from Customer Success, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Lead discovery activities—context gathering, user interviews, lightweight testing.
  • Shape workflows, wireframes, and early prototypes with Design.
  • Document problems, opportunities, desired outcomes, and definitions of done.
  • Frame trade-offs, raise blockers, and help prioritise work by impact and readiness.
  • Ensure discovery outputs flow smoothly into delivery—no ambiguity, just action.

Delivery (60%)

  • Drive day-to-day execution, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Delivery to ship high-quality, well-scoped features.
  • Own the details: write and maintain tickets, edge cases, and definitions of done.
  • Refine scope and resolve blockers with engineers during development.
  • Support rituals (standups, planning, triage) to keep momentum high.
  • Keep everyone aligned with regular updates, documentation, and clarity.
  • Raise risks early and offer clear paths forward—you’re the go-to for your workstream.
  • Champion delivery hygiene: no ambiguity, no loose ends.

You’ll Thrive If You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Product
  • Love owning product work from concept to release.
  • Are naturally curious—always asking questions and digging deep before jumping to solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and comfortably with everyone, from engineers to customer teams.
  • Are looking for a high-growth company.
  • Set high standards—not just shipping fast, but shipping right.
  • B2B experience (SaaS being a huge plus!)
  • Are feedback-driven—always listening, learning, and improving.
  • Are self-starting and comfortable making progress without waiting for perfect clarity. Wanting to work within a scale-up environment is a must.
  • Happy with an in-person collaboration style. Enjoy a social environment (4 days a week in the office).
