Product Manager – B2B SaaS Platform

(4 days a week in the London office)

Futureheads have exclusively partnered with a fast-growing SaaS platform, and we are now looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building impactful products and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment!

You will work alongside Design, Engineering, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to solve real-world user problems, enhance team collaboration, and maintain momentum as we deliver new features rapidly. Your role will span multiple product areas, providing opportunities to develop your skills across the platform.

This role is ideal for someone with solid product fundamentals eager to own end-to-end workstreams. You will receive support from experienced leads, clear ownership of product areas, and opportunities to make a significant impact—bringing rigor, clarity, and scope for rapid growth.

What You’ll Do

This is a delivery-focused role—perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy making progress visible and simplifying complexity. You will also lead lightweight discovery to ensure we build the right solutions, not just build solutions right.

Discovery (40%)

  • Transform raw ideas into delivery-ready features: understand context, align stakeholders, and collaborate with Design to shape testable propositions.
  • Triaging ideas with input from Customer Success, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Lead discovery activities—context gathering, user interviews, lightweight testing.
  • Shape workflows, wireframes, and early prototypes with Design.
  • Document problems, opportunities, desired outcomes, and definitions of done.
  • Frame trade-offs, identify blockers, and prioritize work based on impact and readiness.
  • Ensure discovery outputs transition smoothly into delivery—clear, actionable steps.

Delivery (60%)

  • Drive daily execution, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Delivery teams to ship high-quality, well-scoped features.
  • Own the details: write and maintain tickets, address edge cases, and define completion criteria.
  • Refine scope and resolve blockers during development.
  • Support rituals (standups, planning, triage) to maintain momentum.
  • Keep all stakeholders aligned with regular updates and clear documentation.
  • Identify risks early and propose clear solutions—your workstream is your responsibility.
  • Maintain delivery hygiene: eliminate ambiguity and loose ends.

You’ll Thrive If You:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in Product management.
  • Enjoy owning product lifecycle from concept to release.
  • Are naturally curious—ask questions and dig deep before jumping to solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with engineers and customer teams.
  • Seek a high-growth company environment.
  • Set high standards—aim to ship right, not just fast.
  • Have B2B experience (SaaS experience is a big plus).
  • Are feedback-driven—always learning and improving.
  • Are proactive and comfortable making progress with minimal clarity, especially in a scale-up setting.
  • Enjoy in-person collaboration and a social work environment (4 days in the office).
