We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy, identify market opportunities, and drive our Ascend Technology platform development to deliver our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap for the Ascend Technology Platform to enable our clients throughout their business lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, using data analysis and insights to guide product decisions and ensure market fit.
  • Define and execute product requirements based on research data, shaping the long-term product roadmap for business growth.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback to refine the product strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Experience in product management, supporting organization-wide vision, crossing silos.
  • Experience managing roadmaps for functional software platforms with integrated capabilities.
  • Experience implementing product interoperability to increase client value.
  • Experience migrating clients from legacy solutions to SaaS platforms.
  • Experience delivering digital customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.
  • Understanding of client data and transforming legacy data to SaaS portfolios.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and project management concepts.
