Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy, identify market opportunities, and drive our Ascend Technology platform development to deliver our goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for the Ascend Technology Platform, enabling clients throughout their business lifecycle.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, using data analysis to guide product decisions.
• Define and execute product requirements, shaping the long-term product roadmap for business growth.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback to refine strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, executing roadmaps supporting organizational vision across silos.
• Experience with functional software platform roadmaps and integrated product capabilities.
• Proven ability to deliver interoperability to enhance client value.
• Experience migrating clients from legacy solutions to SaaS platforms.
• Experience delivering digital customer experiences throughout the lifecycle.
• Understanding of client data, transforming legacy data to SaaS portfolios.
• Knowledge of product development processes and project management concepts.
