Job summary

NexGen Cloud, a fast-growing GPU cloud and AI infrastructure company, is seeking a Product Manager to own the new customer platform (AI Studio and ML products). Based in London or Australia, you will guide what gets built, in what order, and why, working with a small team of Product Engineers.

You’ll shape loosely defined problems into clear priorities, make trade-offs, and drive adoption and outcomes beyond mere delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager owning technical products end to end.
• Track record of taking a new product from concept through to launch and adoption.
• Experience line-managing or leading a small team with performance conversations.
• Depth to work credibly with engineers on APIs and infrastructure trade-offs.
• Understanding of how AI/ML teams build, train and deploy models.
• Strong discovery and prioritisation skills with customer research-driven roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the new customer platform, AI Studio and ML products.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Security to ensure products are buildable and ready to sell at launch.
• Run regular discovery with customers to translate learnings into clear problem statements and acceptance criteria.
• Define minimum viable releases and sequence delivery to provide early value.
• Lead planning and delivery cadence; maintain an actionable backlog and remove blockers.
• Line-manage three Product Engineers and help hire as needed.
• Define and track adoption, activation, usage and retention metrics to inform next steps.
