  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to support the continued evolution of our value proposition and problem-solution fit.
  • Ensure product and strategic alignment by working with our C-Suite, Head of Engineering, Head of Product and Design, Solutions Engineers and the adjacent product teams across the company

Execution & Delivery

  • Work closely with the project delivery team to manage day-to-day execution against the product roadmap
  • Maintain clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements and backlog prioritisation
  • Be highly proactive in communication to understand and deliver product capability against strategic goals
  • Provide training and materials for sales and marketing teams on new product features
  • Travel to customer sites as required
