Job summary

3t is recruiting a Product Manager on a permanent contract in Dyce, Aberdeen. The role bridges customers, stakeholders and delivery teams to drive discovery, development and continuous improvement of 3t Digital's products, delivering measurable value and supporting growth.

It is based at the Dyce Training Centre with some travel to other locations. The Person will lead the product lifecycle, manage a detailed roadmap, engage customers, analyse data, and collaborate with engineering, UX and QA to

Qualifications

• Essential Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience in product management, technology, data or SaaS delivery.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer‑focused requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Experience using Power BI or other analytics tools.
• Passion for building products that solve real customer problems and drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap Development and Data Strategy: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap based on market trends and business priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine the product roadmap.
• Use internal analytics to drive decisions on feature enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Work with engineering to ensure documentation collection and knowledge sharing.
• Explore opportunities for AI‑driven innovation and efficiency.
