Altia Solutions Ltd. in the UK is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the direction of our investigation software within the Product team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to identify customer needs and translate them into valuable product improvements, balancing commercial impact with delivery feasibility. Based in our Nottingham office, the role offers a hybrid working approach with regular office presence after induction.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or as a Product Owner/Business Analyst stepping up.
• Ability to own a product roadmap and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong close-to-customers orientation and commercial instinct.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured customer discovery and market insights.
• Shape product strategy and near-term roadmap with prioritisation decisions.
• Maintain market intelligence and differentiate our offerings.
• Drive commercial impact and align product decisions with revenue goals.
• Define requirements, user stories with acceptance criteria, MVPs and backlogs.
• Collaborate with Delivery teams to ensure correct implementation and delivery.
