Qualifications

Experience in B2B product management within financial services or fintech.
Track record of delivering products through multiple lifecycles with measurable outcomes.
Ability to build business cases, evaluate ROI, and support pricing decisions.
Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to drive growth.
Experience applying AI tools within the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the IDP platform.
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify opportunities.
Translate insights into prioritised requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
Own commercial performance, ROI, pricing, and value delivery.
Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve adoption and revenue.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers and gather feedback to shape strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and delivery.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, ML, and automation for competitive advantage.
Assess and manage risks, influencing senior stakeholders for investment.
