Job description

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

About this role

WRITER is experiencing an incredible market moment as generative AI takes the enterprise by storm. At the center of this transformation is our AI Studio - a platform that enables businesses to build, deploy, and scale AI agents across their organizations. We're looking for a Product manager to lead our Agent builder product area: the canvas where users compose logic, orchestrate tools, and bring autonomous workflows to life.

In this role, you'll own the end-to-end experience of building agents - from the no-code UI to the low-code primitives that power it under the hood. You'll work on everything from human-in-the-loop flows, to tool orchestration, to reusable components like blocks and memory. This is a deeply cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of UX, platform, and AI infrastructure - and it's central to how our customers realize value from WRITER.

You will report to our Director of product

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Agent Builder experience, enabling anyone to create and deploy powerful, enterprise-ready AI agents
  • Define the primitives (e.g. blocks, state, memory, actions) that make up a reusable and composable agent architecture
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and AI teams to ship high-leverage tools for agent logic, control flow, and human-in-the-loop supervision
  • Partner with customer-facing teams to understand user pain points and translate those into scalable product improvements
  • Own the success metrics for agent creation, usage, and deployment across surfaces
  • Collaborate with peers in Supervise, Ecosystem, and DevX to ensure a seamless agent lifecycle - from building to deploying to scaling
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in AI tooling and bring fresh thinking to the UX of agent composition

Is this you?

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning complex UX or builder tools
  • Prior experience with no-code/low-code platforms, developer tools, or AI/ML products
  • You're passionate about enabling others to create - and can abstract complexity into powerful yet intuitive systems
  • Strong product thinking and UX sensibility: you can wireframe flows, think in systems, and push for great design
  • Proven ability to go 0→1 and scale products from prototype to production
  • You know how to partner deeply with engineering and design - and aren't afraid to get technical when needed
  • You care about customer success, and build with their goals and constraints in mind
  • Bonus: you've worked on automation platforms, agent-based systems, or complex data/logic-driven UIs

Benefits & perks (UK full-time employees):

  • Generous PTO, plus company holidays
  • Comprehensive medical and dental insurance
  • Paid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)
  • Fertility and family planning support
  • Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri
  • Competitive pension scheme and company contribution
  • Annual work-life stipends for:
    • Home office setup, cell phone, internet
    • Wellness stipend for gym, massage/chiropractor, personal training, etc.
    • Learning and development stipend
  • Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites
  • Competitive compensation and company stock options
