Product Manager – Aesop

I am the PRODUCT MANAGER, responsible for building the brand’s marketing strategy in the UKI, orchestrating end-to-end execution with the Trade Activation Team and key stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery. I serve as a storyteller and the voice of the brand DNA across the company.

A Day in the Life
Analysis & Diagnostic
  • Collaborate with experts across the company (e.g., Category, RGM, Business Growth Partner, Retail & Education, Activation Team, CRM, CMI, Community Manager) to analyze business performance (sell-out) and customer data for insights.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities to identify best practices.
Strategy & Vision
  • Define marketing strategy, pricing, customer targeting, and investment choices (in partnership with Finance) to drive brand growth through increased recruitment and loyalty.
  • Communicate the strategic vision through storytelling and presentations to internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Retail Drive, Collab Max, Conference).
  • Translate strategy into clear briefs for internal teams and agencies (e.g., Media Managers, VMs, A&I, activation).
  • Ensure adherence to the Brand DNA and positioning.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all communication touchpoints.
Execution
  • Forecast launches accurately to maximize opportunities and minimize SLOBS, in collaboration with Demand Planning.
  • Guide activation teams on forecasting GWP, Samples, and Coffrets, and manage related uploads and submissions.
  • Handle legal and scientific sign-offs for images and copy, maintaining close ties with the Sustainability Team.
  • Manage relationships with DMI and Zone, communicating local market needs.
  • Work with Advocacy Managers to define messaging hierarchy and customer-centric USPs.
  • Develop retail packs with monthly launch plans, collaborating with your team and NAMs.

  • Strong business acumen and data analytics skills.
  • Excellent at strategic storytelling and presenting complex information effectively.
