We’re searching for a Product Manager to join our Medics Planning Products team, which focuses on doctors, job planning, and rotas. This role is responsible for the commercial success of the product, setting the long-term vision and strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve success.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Translating customer problems and needs into compelling commercial propositions.
  • Managing the product lifecycle to deliver value and ROI to customers and the company.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment to improve business and customer outcomes.
  • Building and managing relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Analyzing the UK healthcare market and competition, handling big personalities in the industry.
  • Engaging with external bodies, including the NHS, regulatory agencies, and government bodies.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Experience: Product Management or Senior Product Owner role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong healthcare industry experience.
  • Product Expertise: Hands-on experience with healthcare products (rostering, job planning and Rota management)
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute product roadmaps.
  • Proactive Mindset: Someone ambitious and not waiting for things to happen.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with external bodies, NHS, and government regulators.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of the UK healthcare sector and competition.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience with product roadmap definition, stakeholder management, and market launches.
  • Technical Background: Familiarity with agile software development processes.
