Job summary

Fernox is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to lead the strategic development and lifecycle management of our residential product portfolio. The role requires a strong understanding of the HVAC industry and a customer-centric approach to innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management or commercial roles within the HVAC industry.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Solid understanding of the heating and cooling industry, applications, and regulatory environments.

What will you be doing?

As Product Manager, you will:

• Manage the product strategy and roadmap for assigned product lines.

Who are You?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field; MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or commercial roles within the HVAC industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the heating and cooling industry, applications, and regulatory environments.
• Global Exposure: Experience working in international markets or with global teams is highly desirable.
• Languages: Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
