The firm has adopted and deployed third-party vendor technologies like low-code workflow automation, with products such as UiPath and Pega, across all Lines of Business and Corporate Functions. The Intelligent Solutions Technology Product Line manages these vendor low-code tools in a consistent and secure manner across the firm.

The Product Line is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to support the Workflow Automation Product team. The role involves shaping the future of product delivery and crafting solutions that improve customer experiences. You will lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, liaise with stakeholders, and create solutions that enable successful, organized implementations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, migrations, release management, operationalization, feasibility decisions, and performance reporting, while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
2. Manage change activities across functional partners, ensuring compliance with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor timelines and dependencies, address blockers, and coordinate with stakeholders and partners.
4. Apply experience or expertise in product delivery and program management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

1. Ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
2. Strong understanding of delivery processes and a track record of continuous improvement.
3. Experience in release management, deployment strategies, and managing large technology products and migrations.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

1. Proficiency in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Pega, or Power Automate.
2. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
3. Knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
