Job summary

Scaletek is seeking a Product Manager to shape the product roadmap, balancing user needs, feasibility and business value. This is ideal for a UX or Product Designer transitioning to PM, or an existing Product Manager looking for a new challenge.

The role offers £45,000–£55,000, based near Bristol (3 days in the office) with a generous bonus and holiday allowance. You will write requirements, manage the backlog, work with engineering, design and marketing to deliver impactful features.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as Product Manager or 2+ years as UX/Product Designer transitioning to PM.
• Experience shaping product roadmaps and writing requirements.
• Experience in agile/scrum and backlog prioritisation.

Responsibilities

Or maybe you're currently a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a couple of years experience & looking for your next challenge?

Responsibilities as Product Manager:

• Shape and deliver the product roadmap, balancing user needs, feasibility, and business value.
• Write and refine requirements, epics, and user stories for development teams.
• Prioritise the backlog and act as Product Owner within a scrum team.
• Partner with engineering, design, and customer success to deliver features and improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Help coordinate go-to-market activities with marketing and sales.

To be considered for this role you must have at least 1 years experience as a Product Manager or 2+ years experience as a UX/Product Designer, who is looking to transition into product.

This Product Manager role is paying between £45,000-£55,000. You must have full right to work in the UK and be based in or around the Bristol area (the role is 3 days per week in the office). You will also benefit from a generous company bonus & holiday allowance.
