Location

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be commutable to our office in Leamington Spa.

Commutable Locations

Coventry, Northampton, Banbury, Warwick, Daventry, Rugby, Worcester, Stratford upon Avon.

Job Description

Supporting the development and delivery of new product initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are understood and reflected in projects, and contributing to product planning, research, and coordination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps.
2. Support benchmarking activities including product performance and pricing analysis.
3. Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and product launches.
4. Create product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
5. Track and report on product performance metrics (KPIs) and customer feedback.

Person Specification

Ideal candidates will have solid analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and trends, high accuracy, and attention to detail. Industry background is open, with preferred qualifications including:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• CIM qualification is desirable but not essential.
