Working closely with designers, engineers, QA and stakeholders to shape, prioritise and ship valuable product changes.
Helping to run customer research, collect insight from internal and external sources, and feed it into the team’s work.
Supporting sales, account management, and customer success teams with product insight and customer conversations.
Contributing to launch planning, internal communications, and release tracking.

AI. You will be confident in your general understanding of AI models and the potential for use in training products.
Customer Engagement: You will be comfortable engaging with customers — whether gathering feedback, participating in sales conversations, or helping account managers understand roadmap decisions.
Leadership and Support: You will be a team player who’s happy to lead when needed and provide support when that’s what’s most valuable.
