About us:
DCS Tech are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our client's growing product management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions.

Role overview:

In this role, you'll be responsible for owning and managing a portfolio of products while driving the development and launch of new features and offerings into the marketplace. You'll work cross-functionally, turning insight into action and ensuring new product developments meet both internal and external needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage a portfolio of products, leading on the development of new features and propositions.
2. Build and present compelling business cases for new product ideas, highlighting both tangible and intangible value to senior leadership.
3. Collaborate with Market Intelligence to deeply understand customer needs, competitor movements, market trends, and economic indicators.
4. Act as the internal product expert, providing specialist knowledge across teams.
5. Lead the delivery of internal product launches, defining expectations for sales, client and operational impact, and future enhancements.
6. Be open to occasional travel, both locally and internationally.

What We're Looking For:

1. Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
3. Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
4. Confident decision-maker with the ability to justify and document choices.
5. Professional and collaborative approach when working with partners, suppliers, and clients.
6. Sound knowledge of the regulatory landscape in financial services and payments, including PSD2, PSRs, and EMRs.
7. Familiarity with payment systems and digital product environments would be highly advantageous.
