Product Manager – Experience Management System

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS provider in the hospitality space, enabling hotels and resorts to increase revenue and guest satisfaction through seamless digital experiences. Their platform allows guests to browse and book onsite experiences such as spa treatments, golf, memberships, and activities with real-time availability and integrated payments, all within a unified system.

Role Overview

As Product Manager for the Experience Management System (EMS), you will be responsible for crafting an intuitive, high-performing user experience for both hotel staff and guests. You will lead the design, prioritisation, and delivery of EMS features ranging from experience selection and availability management to integrations and embedded payments ensuring ease of use and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product roadmap for EMS modules including spa, golf, facilities, memberships, fulfilment, and activities.
  • Streamline user journeys to make experience discovery, booking, and fulfilment smooth and efficient for both staff and guests.
  • Oversee integrations with PMS and other core systems to enable real-time availability and automated charge flows.
  • Embed secure and flexible payment options (e.g. deposits, balance payments) directly into the EMS interface.
  • Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual tasks and preventing booking conflicts through smart logic and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across design, engineering, customer success, and commercial to ensure the EMS meets customer and business needs.
  • Monitor product performance via real-time dashboards and reporting tools, tracking metrics like reservations, revenue, and occupancy.
  • Act on user insights and data to continuously enhance product usability and adoption across diverse hospitality environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on user-facing products, ideally in booking, ecommerce, or customer experience domains.
  • Experience working within the hospitality or travel technology space is strongly preferred, especially with PMS integrations or hotel booking flows.
  • Strong understanding of real-time availability systems and booking logic.
  • Familiarity with embedding payment flows and managing financial transactions within a digital product.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working with UX, engineering, commercial, and support teams.
  • Comfortable using data to drive decision-making, including experience with dashboards, product analytics, and user feedback loops.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting sprint delivery.
  • Clear and confident communicator, capable of translating technical product detail into clear user and business value.
