Our solutions include Workday testing, compliance, data masking, and document management. As a growing business, we have multiple opportunities for product managers across our products to help us reach the next level.

As a Product Manager at Kainos, you'll combine your business and technical skills to create compelling products. You'll understand customer needs, identify challenges, and drive solutions with great ROI. You'll own the product roadmap, coordinate across functions, and lead innovative ideas to market success.

Your responsibilities extend beyond development. You will advocate for the product, articulate value propositions, create messaging, and develop marketing campaigns. You'll equip teams with the knowledge and materials to champion our products.

Staying ahead of market trends is crucial. You will research, engage with stakeholders, monitor competitors, and refine strategies to maintain our market leadership. Mentorship of junior team members will also be a key aspect of your role.

Note: This role is listed as UK Homeworker, but applications from London are currently not considered due to operational requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market intelligence and understand trends and customer profiles.
  • Know our buyers and their purchasing criteria.
  • Define value propositions and measurable ROI.
  • Manage market segmentation and go-to-market activities.
  • Oversee product roadmaps, including problem discovery, requirements gathering, and solution development.
  • Set pricing strategies for features and new modules.
  • Coordinate product launches and enable internal teams.
  • Run beta programs and measure success and ROI.
  • Maintain competitive awareness and relationships with customers and partners.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience as a SaaS product manager in an Agile environment or with Workday solutions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software product analysis, marketing, and launch.
  • Experience managing beta programs with customers or partners.
  • Proven ability to work with analysts and development teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to facilitate meetings.
  • Effective communication with teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Automated Testing, Data Privacy, Compliance, or document management products.
  • Experience integrating AI into products.
People Management

You will manage a team, setting and reviewing goals, providing support, conducting reviews, and supporting career development. You will also be involved in recruitment, workload planning, and retention strategies.
